Vendors:        

All vendors are welcome at VORRA. We do not charge a vendor fee, although we do request an item of your choice to give as a Poker run prize.

All vendors, and anyone attending a race must sign the liability release waiver. Vendor sign ups and waivers will be on the Vorraracing.com website early 2023. Vendors will need to be signed up 1 week prior to the race.

VORRA requests a logo and a short bio of the vendor to be used to promote you, the vendor on social media prior to the race.

​

All of VORRA’s races will have tech and registration in town. There will be a few races where space may be limited, and we ask vendors to please conserve space in these situations.   

​

Vendors are welcome to set up at the start finish area. If vendors plan on selling anything on BLM land, it is the vendors responsibility to get their own permit. For 2023, the only races with main pit on BLM land will be Fallon and Virginia City to Tonopah races.

It is the vendors responsibility to carry needed insurance and vending licenses/permits as needed.

 

Contingency:

We encourage everyone to take part in our growing contingency program. VORRA will work with you in support of your needs.

​

It is the responsibility of the contingency sponsor to provide needed stickers to the racers during tech.

​

VORRA can distribute the stickers and notate racers wishing to take part in the contingency program.

​

VORRA will email results no more than 7 days after the race along with racers information as needed. It is the company’s responsibility to send prizes to the racers.  Note: Winnings can be distributed at the awards if arranged prior to the race.

Some examples of current companies taking part in our contingency program.

1st place in a pro UTV program earns $100.00 in product

1st place overall for trucks/buggies takes home $250.00 in cash

1st place in class 9/11 takes home $100.00 in product         

1st place in Pro stock UTV takes home $300.00 in credit, 2nd takes home $200.00, 3rd takes home $100.00.

All racers will sign VORRA’s contingency forms allowing use of pictures/videos for contingency program members to I use in publications and social media.
